Ch-ch-ch-changes

Holy mackerel. It's been X amount of MONTHS since I blogged. I bet you've missed me! You're here, aren't you?

Starting blogs is awkward for me, at best, so I'll just dive right in.

Blogs are boring. Sure, there's recipe blogs and crafter blogs, mommy blogs and "great idea" blogs...finance blogs (aren't there?)..but mostly they're just about peoples' dumb/boring lives. I, for one, do not like to be bored to tears.

So, there's that and the fact that, while boring, I also *like* to blog.

And I don't want it to be boring, so I had to brainstorm.

I'm not good at blogging because I have nothing going on that's worthy of *good* blogging. Sure, I could tell you about the amount of hair I vacuumed up in my bathroom or the size and color of the peaches I just purchased, but where's the fun in that!?

Anyways, I'm not an abstract thinker. I'm a list person. 100%. Series work well for me. Topic lists work well for me. Blogging a specific thing on a specific day will work well for me.

More than anything, I want this to be fun and exciting! I want it to enrich your life! So here's a couple things I'm going to be doing to vamp this baby up! :

1. **Mugshot of the Week** That's right, I'm getting real. This is raw! This is drama! This is America! Seriously?! There I am, surfing my local news station website and there it is "See Who's Been Arrested This Week". Right out there in the open. Like I know it's public record, but putting people on blast like that? Cray cray. So, I thought I'd take a look. You know, to be nosey and to see if anyone I know made the list. After review of the pictures in question...I'm pretty sure some of them are put up just for laughs. Because some of them are must-sees. And see, you will. For I shall share. 

2. **PINTEREST REVIEWS** This I am excited about!!! Truly and unashamedly excited. Pure pumped. I plan to try at least one new thing off of Pinterest per week. I have all these boards of this awesome stuff that I have yet to test if any of it even works! Potentially helpful. Potentially clever. Definitely hilarious. I'm hoping to have a few successes, but banking on having a lot of disasters. 

With those two new "themes" planned, I should be back and blogging at least 2 times a week. It's a great outlet for me, this page. I'm ready to get this back out there! Sound good?
